I discovered a problem on my PC. As soon as I don't touch it for a while I get a error report saying: Could not find macromedia flash player

There is no issue with it, I can browse and watch anything on the internet and on my PC. The only thing about this issue is that I find it very annoying and I hope someone knows how to get rid of this error message.

If screen shots are needed I can post them. ;)

Btw., I have both Adobe Shockwave and Flash player installed.

Sorry for grammar mistakes if there are any, I had a few beers with mEtRiX earlier this evening. :D
    Something to remember...

LOL, yeah dark beer eh :P

A screenshot would be great. Just wondering, if you don't run any software after your computer boots up, will this error appear?

The problem maybe with your screen saver. Either select another screen saver or re-install the one you have. The one you have may not be compatible with the latest version of macromedia flash. Also assure all of your screen saver and wallpaper files are in the C:\windows folder ...maybe that'll do the trick, heh. ;]

P.S. Buraz, 110% sam ziher da ti je skrinsejver vriti, a da nisi ni skuzio. Samo promijeni na nesto drugo i maknut ce ti se ta poruka, garantirano.

I have the Answer !!! yaahoooo
    I know it !!
I think you are running the infamous "could not find the macromedia flash player" Screensaver.!!
    hehahaha

!!! Argh Metrix beat me to the solution by 30 seconds !!!

Ok now some serious stuff ,try this link
    [url=http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/webforums/forum/messageview.cfm?forumid=44&catid=184&threadid=1177909&enterthread=y]Adobe Forum

I think the solution by svtdragon may do the trick.
" I went to C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash and copied "Flash9.ocx" and then pasted it back in the same directory. This created "Copy of Flash9.ocx" which I then renamed to "Flash.ocx." (Thus I had "Flash.ocx" and "Flash9.ocx", both the same file with a different name in the same directory.) Everything in IE seems to be working normally now; I'm not sure yet about my screensaver, but time will tell. " - svtdragon.

    Till then Hastalavista babies :P

P.S. Thougt of editing the sentences "!!! Argh Metrix beat me to the solution by 30 seconds !!! " to 30 min,
But it will then make metrix following comment upsurd :D
hehe Thanks for pointing that out :P

Nice tip, but yet again, I'm faster, hehe.
Most important thing is that In-f3st finally solves this problem. It's been buggin' the hell outta him.

    P.S. It's actually 30 minutes, not seconds.

Fast and correct! I removed the screen saver (changed) and the message is gone. Now you can put the "solved" in the topic title back again ;)

    Thanks to both of you!
